Summer: Student residence A - new!
The residence is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, very close to the ”Prater”, a huge park right in the city with many recreational possibilities.
The residence was opened in 2005 and is built in passive house construction method.
2-4 students share a spacious apartment, consisting of 2-4 single rooms. The single rooms (ca. 14 m²) are fully equipped and have cable-TV and Internet-access.
In case you want to use the Internet, bring your own laptop with a RJ-45 cable.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, micro-wave, coffee-machine, dishes and cutlery), a bathroom and a WC. Bed sheets are provided, please bring your own towels.
The residence also has a party room, common rooms, a garage for bicycles and a laundry (washing-machines can only be used with a quick-card).
Distance to cultura wien: appr. 15-20 minutes with public transport.
Only available from July – September.
