Summer: Student residence B
The residence is located in the 7th district of Vienna, close to Mariahilfer Straße, the shopping mile in Vienna.
The residence was opened in 2009 and is built in passive house construction method.
2-4 students share a spacious apartment, consisting of 2-4 single rooms. The single rooms (ca. 14 m²) are fully equipped and have cable-TV and Internet-access.
In case you want to use the Internet, bring your own laptop with a RJ-45 cable.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, micro-wave, coffee-machine, dishes and cutlery), a bathroom and a WC. Bed sheets are provided, please bring your own towels.
The residence also has a party room, common rooms, a garage for bicycles and a laundry (washing-machines can only be used with a quick-card).
Distance to cultura wien: appr. 15-20 minutes with public transport.
Only available from July – September.
