Summer: Student residence D (apartment)
The student residence is located in the 22nd district and has 300 single apartments.
The summer paradise “Donauinsel” (swimming, hiking, jogging, cycling, inline-skating) is only 5 minutes away, so the student residence is the ideal place to stay in summer.
You will be accommodated in a single apartment (ca. 18 m²). The apartment is fully equipped (kitchenette with refrigerator, shower and toilet).
The residence has a TV-room, a cafeteria and a laundry (tokens can be purchased in the office of the residence).
Bed-sheets are provided and changed every 2 weeks, you have to bring your own towels; crockery can be borrowed in the residence.
Internet access (WLAN): € 10.- per month.
Important: You have to pay a deposit of € 100 directly in the office of the residence on the first day, which you will get back at your departure, if you have not caused any damage in your room.
Distance to cultura wien: appr. 20-25 minutes with public transport.
Only available from July – September.
