Activities
We want our students to see more of Vienna than the average tourist!
In addition to the German course, cultura wien organizes extracurricular activities, which allow students to meet outside the classroom, get to know Austrians and see places of interest.
The programme of activities is varied, so there is always something for every taste:
- culture: guided city tours, visits to museums, concerts, lectures, videos etc.
- sports: hiking tours, bicycle tours, volleyball, swimming, waltz lessons etc.
- social activties: parties, bar-hopping, visits to the Heurigen etc.
All the activities are optional, but we recommend you to take part in them to get the full benefit of the course. The activities are led by one of our teachers and are mostly free of charge except for entrance fees and transportation
The school office can always provide up-to-date information about cultural events and "in-places".
Practise your German, make friends with students from all over the world and have fun!
